Serono Australasia is a pharmaceutical company who has produced about 11 books in a series "Hormones & Me". The two books that I think are really helpful is the one on "C.A.H" & the other, "Management of Emergency or stress situations where hypoglycaemia or cortisol deficiency occur".
From my understanding these are for free for GP's as a promotional tool for their company so you can either get your GP to order them for you or we have a stock of them for a nominal cost with our Support Group.
